Note on dispute resolution procedures

Out-of-court settlement of disputes
The following out-of-court possibilities exist for the settlement of possible disputes:

  • Users and participants can contact BWWB GmbH with a complaint at any time by E-mail to support@bsdex.de

  • For possible disputes arising from the application of the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) concerning distance contracts for financial services there is the possibility of lodging a written complaint at any time with the conciliation office of the Deutsche Bundesbank, Postfach 11 12 36, 60047 Frankfurt am Main.

  • In the event of possible disputes regarding other provisions in connection with contracts which include banking transactions in accordance with Section 1 (1) sentence 2 KWG or financial services in accordance with Section 1 (1a) sentence 2 KWG, there is the possibility to contact the arbitration board of BaFin, Department ZR 3, Graurheindorfer Str. 108, 53117 Bonn, fax: 0228 41 08 15 50, E-Mail: poststelle@bafin.de or by means of form under www.bafin.de, to complain.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which can be found at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. BWWB GmbH does not participate in dispute resolution procedures at a consumer arbitration board.
